Returns & Refunds
Our intention is clarity and fairness.
All NÉVE fragrances are final sale once dispatched. For reasons of product integrity and hygiene, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous unboxing video and clear photographs are required so we can verify the issue and resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds, once approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.
